I stay in a lot of hotels as I travel for work. This visit was a personal family trip, though, and I must say it is one of the nicest places I have stayed at. We only stayed one night, but the staff was great. Breakfast was good, and there were a lot of choices for the kiddos. The rooms are amazing! The fire pit out on the patio was great, being as the night was a bit chilly. Very clean hotel. The only complaint I have would be the pillows. They are very flat and not very comfy. Still 5 stars, though!

Alright, let me just say y’all really have no business being this dang nice, but here you are. First off, this spot is smack dab in the middle of capitalism Mecca—literally every fast food joint you can think of, random stores galore, and like 10 gas stations. Honestly, if someone declared this SpringHill Suites the capital of Dallas, it would totally work.

The facilities? Amazing. Super robust gym, ridiculously comfortable beds, and bathrooms that were absolutely on point. The working spaces and lounge areas were next-level impressive, too. I’m not saying I’d willingly live in a hotel, but if I had to, this would be the one.

Stayed here one night while I was in visiting with a customer wouldn’t have been my first choice although it is a decent place to stay for the night is disappointing. I had Uber eats in because the bar and restaurant that normally Indies suites was not up in operational the room that I had was typical. The facilities are consistent and the gym was mediocre. I did forget to grab a couple pictures of it, but there were two treadmills one elliptical once their climber one bench dumbbells up about 3540 pounds so not really gonna get good workout in there.

Stayed here for a work trip. Had great service at the front desk. The room was spacious and had good amenities. Room was clean except for the floor. They definitely skipped the vacuum a few times. Bring your slippers.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Negative: It is a little tricky to get to, but you can tell the construction around the hotel will make it easier in the future.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, but by far the worst part was the desks, and unfortunately I needed to get a lot of work done during my stay. The desk chair was very uncomfortable and no alternatives were available, the desk itself is a strange enclosure which basically looks like a 4-post bed (with one of the posts obstructing the view of the TV), and the back of the desk has sliding translucent glass panels that rattle around all the time with the slightest movement in the room.

Otherwise, everything was great. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, the location is convenient to multiple highways and plenty of shops/restaurants, the wifi was stable, bed was comfy, and my room had a nice big closet as well as a mini-fridge and microwave.

I’ve got to say, I’d never choose to stay here again. Nothing huge but the little things. The welcome package for members is wanting! Also, unlike other Marriotts I’ve been to, this doesn’t provide water daily even though they do provide stuff to make tea and coffee. Tap water isn’t what I’d use for that, so that was disappointing.

Water pressure in the tap was SOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOO SLLLOOOOOOOWWWW! At first, I thought they were running out of water. It was definitely alarming. Same as the flush. Lack of confidence in an effective flush. Thankfully I had nothing to worry about but if you GO every day and your GO is typically a challenge to flush, you may run into some embarrassment here so prepare yourself mentally for that possibility.

If you want to sleep in, FORGET IT! The cleaning service crew are LOUD in the hallways and there is absolutely zero sound proofing. Everything from vacuuming to moving a chair while they’re cleaning, you will hear as if you are right there in the room with them doing the cleaning!

The AC / Heating unit takes forever to effective change! It does eventually but you’ll have to be a very patient soul. Very patient!

The room was a really good size. I felt very comfortable in the space. It has a well concealed microwave and fridge. I liked how the setting of the room was oriented. It had a great flow. Bed was comfortable.

Some wear and tear. I saw dents in the wall paper, some stains in the shower base tray. Nothing that made me feel disgusted but if you pay attention to details like I do, you will notice small things like this!

The breakfast is basic! They didn’t have normal bread slices for toast. I found that odd. They did have bagels and English muffins. But no bread! The breakfast wasn’t worth me leaving my room. Great opportunity to get in a morning of intermittent fasting.

For what I paid it doesn’t tick any boxes for me. It is NOT a hotel that is luxurious, romantic, quiet or high tech in any way that sets it apart. Sure it does have the mobile key entry, but that’s a take it or leave it feature for me. It doesn’t offer any view worth looking at either, and I do not consider it great value. When I went, I paid $159 a night. No noteworthy details what so ever to consider $159 of great value. Sorry! If this was priced at $105-$120, I might have considered it good/great value.

It’s located near some fast food spots that I drove by, so that’s a good option if you’re seeking a quick bite near by.

I felt safe, but I think that’s more about me generally always feeling protected than it is about the hotel putting anything in place to establish that sensation of safety. I never saw a security car driving in the area and I don’t know if their front door has the functionality that locked after a certain time (unlockable only by key holders). 🤷🏾‍♀️
