This is my first time as an adult going to a clinic by myself and I have to say, this is the best place I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many! They made me feel so comfortable, very clean, and attentive to any needs!! Josie at the front desk was great and a friendly lady, Ana made me feel really comfortable, super nice lady and even made talk with me as I was getting my blood drawn knowing I don’t do great with blood! Leann was so gentle and educating as well as very nice!! They made my experience great so thank y’all for the kindness!! Will definitely keep coming here so I recommend it to everyone 🙂

I can't begin to explain how awesome the staff are here. Ana was a blast to talk to while she helped me through paperwork and the process of getting ready for a new IUD. Elizabeth was my nurse that did the procedure and omg, that woman made the entire thing an absolute breeze. If you have her as a nurse you have absolutely nothing to worry about, she knows exactly what's shes doing. I hope they see this and know they are appreciated

Got there on time for an appt, waited 25 min, was then called to the desk and told I would have to wait another hour an a half after leaving work early and driving an hour to my appt. Definitely never coming to this location again!

This facility was my first experience ever at a planned parenthood and was easily my BEST experience ever for a gynecological visit. Every staff member made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable. I will now be coming here permanently for any of my women’s health needs. 10/10

I love this facility! the staff are extremely sweet and they all work amazing together! i’d like to point out how extremely accommodating and respectful Brittany is! I’ve been working with her a lot and it genuinely makes it 100% easier coming to the doctor so often!

I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare needs. The ladies here are so attentive and knowledgeable. I can voice my concerns without fearing any judgement. I went in for an IUD insert and decided to have a cervical block and Wow the patience my practitioner- Leanne showed me- just wonderful. She made me feel calm and safe. Thank you all for taking care of me. You make a difference!

The experience itself was fine. The staff was very nice. I didn’t appreciate how when I first got there their first question was what my income was, especially given I don’t have insurance (one of the reasons I chose to come to them). I simply came to get std screening done as a responsible person does and they charged me $225. I have never in my life paid that much for testing. For a facility that claims to be affordable they simply aren’t, unless they pick and choose who gets the affordable rates.
