honestly I was really nervous coming in for my Nexplanon implant considering how I was treated at a different planned parenthood location. But by the end of the appointment and total thanks to my intake nurse and Tasha, I was comforted during the whole experience. Kind people with good bedside manner really go a long way. Not to mention that the entire doctors office was sanitary and impeccably clean. I’ll be coming back whenever I need anything! Thank you again.

I received the best of care and expertise from Nurse Practitioner Tasha, who took the time to listen to all my concerns and questions and treated me kindly and respectfully. The health clinic is a very welcoming place.

Haven’t even been here but notice how I can still submit a review about this stigmatized companies locations.
So anyway, all these 1 star reviews are worded VERY similarly. Either “they were rude and annoyed I was there” -insert custom sentence to prove it’s a human posting and not a bot, maybe-
And if it isn’t that reused opener then somehow literally every last detail about the facility is cartoonishly the worst version of itself.
Some ppl are actually tryna report their positive/negative experiences for others that’re tryna get bloodwork done because they don’t have insurance & wanna know they’re not gonna get ripped off.
So we check the 1 & 2 star reviews to see what ppl didn’t like but with planned parenthood it always gets review bombed with sweaty all caps exaggerated depictions by handfuls of basement dwelling neck beards who swear up & down that “there’s dookee on the walls and all the nurses had face tattoos or something. Gosh golly gee I’m takin my business elsewhere”
Sure buddy like u have so much business going on at the clinic.

They were very rude on the phone and seemed annoyed and did not care about what my problem was. The phone call turned me off so much that I am making an appointment at an entirely different location. Definitely would not feel comfortable here.
