I'm transgender and these people have helped me go from living a life crippled by an eternal, dissociative fugue to being able to live, maybe come to eventually thrive. My gratitude is immense. Despite that it feels like much of the world doesn't understand the reality of being transgender, and hate what they don't understand, these individuals have done their best to be as kind and considerate as possible: I'm immensely grateful.

... Only on occasion does it feel like my starting calls by explaining that "I'm transgender and looking to *blah, blah, blah"* seem to sour the mood... I think last time was because I accidentally called just before closing and they were tired after a long day, so it's okay, I think.. I'm probably just imagining it. I hope Jacqueline is okay.

Awful clinic! I have depression and anxiety but finally worked up the courage to finally go to the gynecologist after bleeding out my rectum during my period most likely due to endometriosis since the beginning. The receptionist was very rude. She act like she didn’t want me to make an appointment or get access to birth control. She told me having a period every three weeks was normal and that I needed a colonoscopy at the emergency room even though that’s usually not an effective tool in finding endometriosis. My bleeding only comes through my colon and out my rectum during my time of month. I should know my own body as I had my period for almost 20 years. I wanted the doctor to just prescribe me the best birth control to help treat my symptoms but after our treatment and reading the reviews I decided to steer clear. We even called again to cancel my appointment and it turns out the receptionist didn’t even put me down for the appointment. I decided to get birth control off Nurx instead and will pray that helps.

Excellent care and amazing staff members here!! They were able to get me seen with very little notice due to a medication supply emergency. Everybody was kind and understanding, and my provider was helpful and gentle. Thank you to your wonderful team for helping me today. I'm so very grateful. 💙

I wish I would have gotten the names of the two women that performed my IUD removal. I get extreme anxiety with any sort of medical procedure and I had put off my IUD removal for far too long due to fear of pain or something going wrong. Upon arrival at this PP, I was reassured that everything would be fine. They made sure to get me seen ASAP so I didn’t have increased anxiety with the wait. The nurse was SO kind and empathetic and the doctor was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. The actual removal was SO much easier than I had thought it would be. Quick. And honestly painless. I was prepared for the opposite. THANK YOU!!!!

Side note: this place is clean and tidy too!

the service is decent in person but everytime I call I get a bunch of attitude and they act like im an inconvenience. i called just to get a prescription moved to a different pharmacy (like I have multiple times before) and she acted like it's not her job and was basically telling me to do her job for her. i can't wait to start going somewhere else for my hrt appointments.

I’ve been here on several occasions and it’s been pleasant every time. Pretty quick and everyone I’ve seen has been nice. Grateful for Planned Parenthood.
