Ubuild Constructive System

In all my years as an architect, designing all types of buildings, I have noticed alack of logic in many traditional building systems and the problems that arise when wanting to use new materials . This is especially true in buildings with a concrete structure and brick divisions, which is the construction system most widely used in this country. During the construction process many tasks are executed (formwork structure , slots for installations … ), in the knowledge that they will later be undone and generate large amounts of debris. Development of building construction systems based on the prefabrication of all or at least some of the elements can reduce the execution time, improve the quality control of the finishes, cut costs and significantly reduce the production of debris during execution. In the last few years I have developed a clean and environmental-friendly construction system based on prefabrication with a wooden structure. It makes a good use of high technology in working with wood, streamlining the entire construction process, and thus allowing for greater freedom to build and avoiding all forms of debris during construction.
