Competition “Public Space, Family and Housing”
We must reflect on how to integrate a number of dwellings is integrated into a particular and problematic place in town. In this case, the plot is divided into two by a motorway . The town consists of its inhabitants and the buildings shaping the urban space. The proportions and scale are the key to improving people’s well-being. We propose two types of dwellings: either in three-floor blocks or in single-family terraced houses. In this case we place the blocks on the edges to serve as a protective barrier from the highway, placing the In the steeper , the terraced houses , which are better suited to the rough terrain and help shape relational spaces, and make it possible enjoy the valley views. Public services are located at the top of the parcel, creating a square- bridge used to link the two areas originally separated by the highway in a space that is a natural gathering place.
