Sectorization Plan in Cambre

The soil planning takes place in an area with a steep south-facing slope, which coincidentally has good views towards the valley. I place the entrances and internal lanes so that there is very little to change the field. I organize the parcels and draft the corresponding ordinances in a way that every home has views of the valley and sunlight. Public spaces are disposed in a stepped way both in plan and section, so that there is a continuity throughout the whole project. The volume of community houses provide protection to the rest, and I have placed the public buildings in a way to link and integrate the new settlement into its environment.
