Horrendous. DO NOT STAY HERE. The GM will “reach out” but do nothing. File a chargeback with your credit card company.

This place is filthy. The carpets were sticky but also sharp!? How does that happen!? The glasses in the room were filthy, there were soap pumps ripped off the wall but “placed” in the bathroom by housekeeping. The room stunk like stale beer. This hotel needs a new GM immediately. It’s not suitable for guests. Major failure by Marriot.

Great location but they overbooked and there isn’t another hotel available hotel for 50 miles.
This hotel is right on the middle of campus, it’s Saturday night, and according to the kid at the desk, he’s alone here for the rest of the night.
To add insult to injury, both the app and website still show availability.
Marriott has really gone down this year, this is my third bad experience this month.
UPDATE: During my stay in OKC today I was told that Marriott has a policy of providing a $100 cash inconvenience fee. Funny how no one mentioned this at the hotel.

Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. However, we did not get much sleep because of the bars behind the hotel. The bass was so loud from 9pm to 2am both Friday and Saturday nights when we stayed.
We talked to the front desk about it. She said no manager was there at the time but took our name and number. The manager never called. Very disappointed.

had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to the excellent customer service provided by a worker named Erika. She was professional, courteous, and went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether answering questions or handling requests efficiently, her friendly attitude made a lasting impression. However, the biggest downside of this hotel was the poor maintenance. The room had noticeable issues, such as faulty plumbing and outdated fixtures that needed repairs. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was noisy and inefficient, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite Erika’s outstanding service, the lack of proper upkeep significantly impacted the overall quality of the stay.

The room was great for a night- no microwave, so probably not good for a long stay. The bed was really comfortable and the view was nice as well. The TV was a bit hard to use at first, but you could angle it towards the bed. The issue I had was with the location of the parking and the lobby.. it was a bit confusing. The lobby is on the third floor (not ground level, or at the same level as the parking garage, which is floor 2).

This is a fairly new property and it’s well-appointed, clean and surprisingly quiet given the neighborhood. That said, you can’t beat the location. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. One of the best finds is Full Circle Diner. It just opened and serves brunch until 3, and then cocktails and late night eats. It’s definitely unique and already busy but worth the wait for brunch!

This hotel has a lot of work to do. When I first first arrived to check in the young man that was working at the front desk was wearing workout attire that was not only inappropriate for a front desk agent, but was also very wrinkled. Didn’t get much attention to it but when I got into my room at first glance seems nice and clean but when you start to look around you see that it is not. Socks previous shower was dirty. Had a lot of hair at the base of the shower. I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. The next morning when I went to go order breakfast, I was told that the Cook did not show up for work today. the gentleman at the front desk said that this is a reoccurring issue. I was booked here for several nights, but instead of staying more than one night I’m deciding to find accommodations elsewhere.

The staff are friendly but wait time is long to get help at the front desk . The sink had a large gaping whole in it . The bars played loud music until 2 and the other patrons were up and loud until 3 . There are no amenities like bottled water . The breakfast is fantastic and so is the person that serves it . Hotel needs some attention to the facilities
