No me hospede en el hotel pero asistí una junta. El lobby es muy amplio, varios asientos con teles. Tienen un bar pero no compre nada. El hotel está cerca de la state highway.

Great stay. I come here for business every week. I love the friendly customer service. They always ask if there is anything I need. Point me to Great restaurants in the area. Rooms are always clean. If I have an issue they fix it immediately. Thanks for everything yall do.

Staying here this week and thoroughly enjoying my stay! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The French toast with strawberries and Starbucks at breakfast is amazing. As much as I’ve traveled this year, I can tell you that THIS hotel has the most comfortable beds anywhere!!! If you are looking for a great hotel, book here!

I booked my hotel and drove hours to get there, once I arrive 2 extremely rude girls tell me "WE'RE CLOSED." I asked why because no one notified me, no email, no call, no text, nothing. It was due to a gas leak, which I understand but NOTIFY YOUR GUESTS! I couldn't make other arrangements because all other hotels were booked and it was almost 9pm at night when I arrived. So unprofessional. I would not advise staying here, you could show up and have no where to stay.

This wasn't my favorite stay. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot and strong water pressure and the first person that checked me in was kind. But, with all that I have going on being temporary in a hotel. They tried to double charge me for my cat. This place does not seem cat friendly at all and I wonder of any of the staff have a pet. My insurance company paid for my stay and covered the pet fee but the girl that worked last night with sister locs insisted on charging me again for my pet a non refundable fee. I was so annoyed I was just anxious with all that is going on with my home being under construction and got 3 hours of sleep. This place should be the last place anyone stays and if they're in a pinch then yes. I was here for less than 24 hours and couldn't wait to check in to another hotel where the wifi actually works instantly here unlike at the courtyard midlothian where it took hours to log in...
