The rest of the apartment has been designed so that it may vary without changing the installations or furniture. They are aimed at people over the age of 60 who want to live comfortably and independently, either individually or with a partner. They can enjoy all the services offered by the center whenever they need or want to do so. Concierge services , surveillance and security are included in the community fee. Other services, such as laundry, home care, health and medical care, pharmacy, hairdressing, catering and cafeteria are optional. On each floor, owners have at their disposal a shared room, a reading room and multipurpose rooms dedicated to leisure activities.
